Working with Allie + Ashley was a dream! I cannot say enough positive things about this duo and my experience with their wedding planning services. I was planning our wedding out of state, but never felt far removed or hesitant about a thing thanks to the Moments Team. Allie + Ashley’s attention to detail, plus their kindness, creativity, and general good vibes made our wedding beyond special and perfect. The timeline, flow, layout, unique details, etc. were all flawless. The entire day felt stress-free because of them. All of our vendors also commented on how easy and efficient the logistics were because of their direction and communication. Not to mention it was just a joy to work with them because they are amazing people! We really could not have asked for a better wedding weekend, and credit so much of that to Allie + Ashley’s hard work and dedication. Thank you can never cover it. Being a lesbian couple planning a wedding can feel very complicated and hard to navigate especially when intentionally trying to stray away from heteronormativity and traditions. Kara and I didn’t know what we wanted to do for our wedding but we knew we wanted it to be different than any wedding we had ever been to and we wanted it to be a representation of us; of our love, of our pride and a celebration with the community we’ve built over the last 8 years as a couple. The planning process with Allie and Ashley was so incredible. They were so helpful with suggesting new ideas and helping us figure out our vision. They took care of EVERYTHING which made the whole planning process stress free and easy. Allie and Ashley understood the importance of finding vendors that would be inclusive, affirming, and safe and did such an incredible job. And despite very little direction from Kara or I, Allie and Ashley somehow understood exactly what we were looking for. During one of our planning meetings Allie and Ashley suggested doing our wedding backwards, starting with cocktail hour, then the reception followed by the ceremony and then the rest of the night would be for dancing and celebrati

Allie and Ashley are simply phenomenal to work with. Watson Children's Shelter engaged Moments by Allie + Ashley to help us plan and execute our first ever gala-style fundraiser. Allie and Ashley put in serious sweat equity into making sure that the gala not only raised a impressive amount in support of the children we serve, but that it also was a wonderful experience for our supporters. No stone was left unturned or little detail overlooked- it was so heartwarming and to see how well they delivered on executing a bold and beautiful vision. For instance, Being that this gala was a benefit for our annual summer program in which kiddos at Watson get to have an awesome summer taking field trips all over Montana, our decor was summer camp inspired- and no joke, a few of our stakeholders were brought to tears on seeing the the stunning ballroom atmosphere Allie and Ashley brought to life. It was just so perfectly aligned with that theme- it captured the joy and emotion of children who have been through so much getting to have wonderful childhood experiences like rafting, going horseback riding, and just having an all around awesome Montana summer. We went with Allie & Ashley's "month-of" coordinating for our Bozeman wedding, which was a great option for two very detail-oriented, type-A people getting married. It was a great way to save money when we had already contacted most of our vendors and there was no way we would have been able to give up control for full coordinating anyway :) It was so great for the two of us to be able to plan our wedding to our obsessively-organized hearts' content, but then hand over the reins to Allie leading up to the wedding day. The biggest thing I was worried about was having to ask our families to be labor for the day instead of getting to enjoy themselves (and we obviously wanted to get to enjoy our wedding and not stress about the schedule and whatever) so it was a huge relief to be able to pass off the burden of the day to Allie and her team. The one complaint I have is that during the month leading up the wedding, there were a few times when vendors who weren't getting questions answered as quickly as they wanted, but in the end everyone got the information they needed and it all worked out just fine. Where do I even start....Allie and Ashley have been helping to plan our wedding for the last TWO YEARS!!!! These two have been so attentive and detail oriented through our entire process. From planning meetings, to check ins, and the entire design process these girls were ROCKSTARS!!!! They helped to keep me on task and organized through our entire wedding planning process and I am so so grateful for that. Now going into our actual wedding weekend. Allie and Ashley are a team but if they have multiple weddings going on they will split up and add on assistants. For our wedding weekend we had Ashley running our weekend and she was AMAZING!!!! Let me paint you a picture, the week of my wedding the weather was all over the place, it looked like we were going to get rain and even maybe snow on our wedding day. Ashley helped recommend solutions the week of to make sure we had all sorts of back up plans and solutions so that our day would go as smoothly as possible. The day of our wedding was absolutely lovely until about 5pm when the rain and wind rolled in.
